PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The mosque, 4400 square meters in area, is located in Sadat City’s central spine and has been designed to reflect the modern Egyptian Islamic culture, with a single predominant 40 meter high minaret.  On the ground floor of the two storey building are the ladies praying area, the Imam’s residence, a library, a warehouse and an auditorium which can be subdivided into 5 meeting halls as required.  The first floor contains the prayers area, the Imam’s room, the broadcasting room, and cloakrooms.
